The price depends on the number of services and environments and is agreed after the plan. Servers, accounts and billing stay in your name: hosting is paid by you directly to the provider, and we work with separate credentials you can revoke at any time.
Questions we get asked
What is included in support from $750/mo?
10 hours a month: monitoring, security updates, backup checks, small changes; incident response within agreed hours, on-call by agreement. Larger work is estimated separately, at an agreed price or by the hour.
Do you work with our cloud or your own servers?
Yours: Hetzner, DigitalOcean, AWS or a dedicated server. Accounts and billing stay in your name; we get access with separate credentials you can revoke.
Can you host the AI part - models and vector databases?
Yes: vector databases, self-hosted models where data cannot leave your servers, GPU instances when needed, and spend limits on LLM API usage.
What if the server goes down at night?
Alerts reach us and you at the same time. The support plan defines the response time; for critical systems we set up automatic restarts and failover before it matters.
