Automate routine work with an AI agent
AI agents inside your tools - first agent live in 30 days. We build agents that read your mail, documents and CRM, act by your rules and hand people only what needs a person. Quick automation from $1,200 in a week, custom agent from $5,000.
Who comes to us
Four situations we hear most often. If one of them is yours, the first agent is usually obvious.
- A team spends hours a day on the same emails, requests and copy-paste between systems.
- Leads and support requests wait because nobody is there to answer at night or at peak hours.
- You tried ChatGPT and no-code bots: the demo looked fine, nothing survived real data and access rights.
- You need AI inside your CRM, ERP or help desk - not one more chat window.
AI where it pays off, automation where it's enough
Not every process needs a model. Most of the routine in a company is rules, forms and hand-offs between systems - plain automation handles that cheaper and more reliably. AI earns its place where the input is messy: free-text requests, documents, decisions that used to need a person. We start by finding out which is which.
-
Audit
Interviews with the people who do the work, a map of your processes and systems, and a list of candidates with the expected effect - hours saved, response time, errors avoided.
-
Automate the obvious
Rules, forms, notifications, data moving between systems. No model and no token bill - just less manual work.
-
Add AI where it changes the outcome
Reading unstructured requests and documents, drafting answers, classifying and routing - an agent with guardrails, your access rights and a log of every action.
-
Measure
Every step is launched against a number agreed up front. What does not move the number is switched off; what does gets extended.
The audit takes 1-2 weeks, costs from $2,000 and is credited into the first project. Price and timeline
What you get
Not a prototype in a notebook - an agent running in your systems with a number you can check.
-
Process map and agent design
Which steps the agent handles, where it asks a human, what it is never allowed to do. Agreed in writing before any code.
-
Working agent in your systems
Connected to mail, CRM, documents or messengers through APIs - with your access rights, not a shared admin account. Your documents and policies indexed with RAG, every answer linked to its source.
-
Guardrails and an action log
Every action is logged, sensitive steps wait for confirmation, spend is capped per day. Nothing happens silently.
-
A measured result
Before launch we agree the metric: hours saved, response time, share of requests closed without people. A month later you see the number.
How we work
From the first call to an agent switched on in production - with a demo on your data every week.
-
Call and process review
Days 1-3We look at the real process with the people who do it and pick what the agent takes first.
-
Design and price
Week 1Agent scenario, integrations, guardrails, success metric. A price agreed for the first version.
-
Build on your data
Weeks 2-4Weekly demos on your real documents and requests, not on samples.
-
Pilot and launch
Weeks 4-6The agent runs alongside people, we compare results, then switch it on fully.
Price and timeline

The price depends on the number of integrations and the share of the process the agent handles - it is fixed before the build starts. LLM usage is billed to your own account and is usually tens of dollars a month. The first month of fixes is included.
Questions we get asked
What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent performs actions: reads a request, checks the CRM, creates a task or a reply, and asks a person only when your rules require it. We build agents; a chat interface is optional.
Does our data go to OpenAI or other providers?
Only what the agent needs for a given step, and only to the provider you approve. Where data cannot leave your servers we look at a self-hosted model; otherwise a provider with a no-training policy.
Can the agent work inside our CRM or ERP?
Yes, through the system API. We connect through REST APIs, webhooks, email and Telegram; if the system has no API, we look at exports and database access.
Who supports the agent after launch?
After the included first month - support and improvements from $750/mo: 10 hours, monitoring, prompt and integration updates. Or we hand the agent over to your team with documentation and admin access.
