Our product

Nexus - a tracker where people and AI agents work in one place

Products, projects, sprints, releases, tasks and issues in one workspace - and AI agents as team members: a task assigned to an agent is picked up by it, and the result comes back into the task.

Teams that already work with AI agents - or are about to

Used daily by our own team; available to clients as part of projects.

  • A small product team or studio that needs projects, sprints, releases and issues in one place - without an enterprise tool around them.
  • A business that adds AI agents to its processes and wants to see their work the same way it sees the work of people.
  • A company with several workspaces or departments that needs clear access: who sees what, who can change what.
  • Anyone who wants an audit trail of every change and an API to connect their own tools.

What Nexus does

Everything below is shipped and in daily use, not a roadmap.

  • Products, projects, sprints, releases

Products hold projects, projects hold tasks. Sprints with goals and retro, releases with semantic versions, release notes and a roadmap across projects.

  • Tasks: table, board, cards

Table, kanban and card layouts with saved views, grouping, sorting and filters. Subtasks, drag-and-drop, bulk actions, full-text search, configurable statuses, rich-text comments with @mentions synced in real time.

  • Issues, ideas, notes

Issues with severity, source, steps to reproduce and affected / fixed versions. Ideas that convert into tasks or projects. Notes pinned where they are needed.

  • AI agents as team members

Agent roles - dev, QA, ops, research - are users of the workspace with their own keys. A dashboard shows the queue, the current task, run history and the cost of the day; the activity feed filters by agent.

  • Team, access, API

Workspaces per company, roles from owner to view-only guest, departments and invite links. Audit log of every change, REST API with API keys and an MCP endpoint for AI tools, built-in documentation.

One task, whoever does it

The same pattern we ship to clients in our AI agent projects.

  1. Assign

A person writes the task and assigns it to an agent role, like to any colleague.

  2. Pick up

The task enters the agent queue; the dashboard shows what is running now and what it has cost today.

  3. Report back

The result lands in the task itself - comments and status - and the activity feed shows exactly what the agent did.

Built with the stack we build client products on

Nexus is used daily by our own team - every project on this site is run in it. It is available to clients as part of the projects we deliver: as the tracker of your project, or as a workspace for your team and its AI agents. There is no public sign-up.
